Overview

The Growth Strategy Consultant will support B2B SaaS founders through personalized coaching, focusing on business strategy, execution, and accountability.

In Short

  • Fully remote, fractional coaching role.
  • Support 15–45 B2B SaaS founders through 1:1 coaching.
  • Focus on business strategy, execution, and accountability.
  • Conduct six strategic calls annually with clients.
  • Commit approximately 15–20 hours per month for coaching.
  • Collaborate with Client Success Managers for client success.
  • Contribute insights to refine coaching playbooks.
  • Ideal candidates have direct experience coaching SaaS founders.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and business strategy is essential.
  • Flexible role allowing autonomy while impacting the SaaS space.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Direct coaching experience with SaaS founders.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build client rapport.
  • Understanding of business strategy in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Thought leadership or a strong personal brand in SaaS is a plus.
