Empower Brands is seeking a Virtual Office Assistant to provide key operational and executive support to leadership, playing a central role in daily operations, customer coordination, appointment scheduling, and administrative follow-up.

In Short

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative support roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Basic financial data-entry familiarity preferred.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional remote working environment.
