Overview

The Planning Team Manager plays a pivotal role in leading a team to support SaaS customers and provide value to Planning as a Service (PaaS) customers, helping them achieve their Supply Chain Objectives.

In Short

• Own delivery for PaaS accounts in the team.
• Lead a team of planners to deliver SaaS and PaaS services.
• Track and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure strong customer performance as measured by Customer Scorecards.
• Allocate team resources effectively.
• Act as the primary escalation point for troubleshooting.
• Conduct regular team meetings and support team growth.
• Assess team capacity and manage workloads.
• Work with regional managers to enhance partnerships.
• Drive customer adoption of Best Practices.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
