In Short

  • Manage outbound prospecting to maximize conversion and pipeline development.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and validate sales opportunities.
  • Research target accounts based on revenue and service strategy.
  • Identify key contacts and their service business challenges.
  • Leverage email, LinkedIn, and calling tactics to meet goals.
  • Re-engage dormant opportunities and nurture early-stage leads.
  • Review key leads from marketing events.
  • Communicate Baxter Planning's offerings effectively.
  • Maintain daily activity and prospect information in Salesforce.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas and objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience with enterprise software or technology organizations (SaaS).
  • 2-3 years of sales development or business development experience.
  • Experience in supply chain or service sector.
  • Native English with great presentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a joy for helping prospects.
  • Patience and persistence in reaching target buyers.
  • Ability to articulate technical capabilities in business terms.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to hit quotas.
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to objections.
