• Utilize historical sales data and market trends for demand forecasting.
• Develop strategies to manage demand variability.
• Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Prepare and present demand planning reports to stakeholders.
• Plan and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
• Engage with internal stakeholders for collaborative forecasting.
• Analyze sales data and market trends for demand patterns.
• Monitor and improve demand planning processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective execution.
• Leverage advanced demand planning tools and software.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a supply chain role.
• Bachelor's in Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations Management is a plus.
• Strong analytical capabilities and mastery of Excel.
• Technical ability in SQL is a bonus.
• High attention to detail and speed of execution.
• Strong communication skills for supplier and operation teams.
• Self-starter with the ability to investigate and gather data.
