Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at U-Haul, you will be the face of our exceptional service, assisting customers with their needs and ensuring a smooth rental experience.

In Short

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology for rentals.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Drive a forklift (certification provided).
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.
• Work in a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working around moving parts and machines.
• Willingness to use protective gear when necessary.
• Motivated and friendly personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
