The Payer Operations Specialist will manage and support payer partners to ensure smooth operational performance, enabling clean claims and optimizing payer workflows.

• Manage payer partners for operational performance

Requirements

• 1–3 years in healthcare operations or data analysis
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written communication skills
• Experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau (nice to have)
• Familiarity with healthcare claims systems (nice to have)
