Overview

The Customer Success Associate will serve as the execution point of contact for a book of client partners in partnership with an Account Executive, primarily supporting clients in the golf/outdoor space.

In Short

  • Analyze performance reporting to craft actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Achieve quarterly goals for maintaining and growing invoiced revenue.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Project Managers on client projects.
  • Explain usage statistics and provide insights to drive measurable client ROI.
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of client partners.
  • Organize and lead client-facing platform training.
  • Maintain detailed records of client activities and share updates.
  • Collaborate on planning promotional activities throughout the year.
  • Travel as needed for trade shows and client visits.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Account Management and/or Customer Success experience.
  • Experience with direct B2B client communications.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Excel, Google Suite, Outlook, Slack.
  • One hour proximity to a major airport preferred.
  • Experience or familiarity with the Golf industry is a plus.
