ExpertVoice is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented AP/AR Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our financial operations running smoothly — managing vendor relationships, processing transactions, and supporting accurate, timely reporting.

Requirements

• Experience in bookkeeping or accounting support.
• Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Bonus points for experience with NetSuite and/or Airbase.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Interest in emerging AI tools.
• Background in internet or e-commerce industries is a plus.
