Overview

The AR & AP Specialist role at Elvie involves managing accounts receivable and payable functions for the company's UK and US entities, contributing to process improvements and month-end reporting.

In Short

• Manage Accounts Receivable Ledger globally.
• Post and reconcile customer remittances.
• Raise and monitor credit memos.
• Ownership of aged debt reporting.
• Manage customer credit limits.
• Perform customer and supplier account reconciliations.
• Process vendor invoices in the P2P system.
• Manage approval matrix for spending.
• Support month-end reporting and audits.
• Assist in process improvements across AR & AP.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of AR and AP experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• High attention to detail with financial data.
• Strong Excel skills including vlookups and pivots.
• Proactive in resolving issues.
• Confident communicator across various levels.
• Experience in system implementation is desirable.
• Knowledge of financial systems like NetSuite is advantageous.
