UK/EU Logistics & Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

The UK/EU Logistics & Operations Specialist will ensure smooth operations at our UK and EU 3PLs, managing inventory and compliance with regulatory requirements.

In Short

• Support the move to a consolidated 3PL network.
• Review and summarize monthly 3PL invoices.
• Manage UK & EU reverse logistics process.
• Provide cross-functional assistance on distribution matters.
• Support Customer Care with item selection and shipment queries.
• Develop market-specific requirements for new product launches.
• Manage import and customs clearance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local record retention requirements.
• Manage Dangerous Goods compliance.

Requirements

• Expertise in UK, EU and International logistics compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field; minimum of 3 years in industry.
• Experience managing third party logistics providers.
• Ease of adapting to new software systems.
• Experience building reports and analysing data in Excel.
• Effective communicator and time manager.
• High degree of critical thinking and creative problem-solving.
• Strong sense of ownership in changing environments.
