AP/AR Specialist - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented AP/AR Specialist to join our team. The main focus of this role is accounts payable processing, with opportunities to support a range of accounting functions.

In Short

• Process accounts payable transactions across multiple business entities
• Assist with bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
• Help track and post amortization and depreciation entries
• Support payroll entry allocations
• Accurately allocate vendor expenses by client or department
• Collaborate with the finance team across different departments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Follow established workflows and internal processes

Requirements

• Previous experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of core financial principles
• Proficiency in basic accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar tools
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote setting
• Entry-level accounting experience preferred
