AP/AR Specialist - Remote

In Short

• Manage all incoming vendor bills and ensure timely payments.
• Own customer invoicing and respond to billing inquiries.
• Monitor collections and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Triage the finance inbox and manage communications.
• Maintain organized records of payables and receivables.
• Support vendor onboarding and documentation.
• Assist with month-end tasks and reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP/AR processes.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in accounts payable and receivable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
