In Short

  • Identify, develop and execute account strategy to develop new business opportunities across the assigned region
  • Establish access and maintain existing relationships with key decision makers (superintendents, CAOs, deputies, directors)
  • Understand industry trends and issues
  • Identify customer pain points and problem solve using our solution
  • Scope, negotiate and close sales agreements to exceed booking and revenue targets
  • Capture and maintain accurate info using Salesforce
  • Leverage existing accounts as references to expand regionally
  • Collaborate with peers across product, implementation, and marketing teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or account management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Ability to understand customer needs and industry trends
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
