Overview

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for the client and delivering exceptional talent.

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders.
• Review candidates from the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Develop recruitment marketing and sourcing plans.
• Source candidates using various methods including Boolean search.
• Engage candidates through multiple media channels.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and provide timely updates.
• Draft phone interview templates and assess candidates.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer details and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and provide regular reporting.
• Communicate proactively with hiring leaders about search status.

Requirements

• Recruiting experience in Inhouse, RPO, or agency settings.
• Strong skills in Boolean search techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS systems.
• Experience in a multinational organization.
