Overview

The Key Account Manager will focus on strategic clients, fostering business opportunities and ensuring exceptional service delivery within the SGS Clinical Research framework.

In Short

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance.
  • Manage contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work collaboratively across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business administration or life sciences.
  • Proven experience in sales or key account management.
  • Knowledgeable in the drug development process.
  • Fluent in English – written and oral.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong business acumen and financial understanding.
  • Ability to travel to meet clients.
  • Experience in Clinical Research or CRO business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
