Field Service Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Engineer will deliver high-quality service to enhance machine performance and ensure an excellent customer experience, working independently and collaboratively to meet customer supply demands.

• Deliver high-quality service to customers.
• React to machine issues and ensure prompt resolution.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines.
• Complete installation and removal of mechanical components.

• Assist in training new Field Service Engineers.
• Travel extensively to customer locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management/Engineering or relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in field service engineering.
• Knowledge of electronics and electrical assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer service mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License and passport for travel.
