Field Service Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Engineer (FSE) will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and repair support for GE OEC equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction through Service Excellence.

• Deliver high-quality service and repair support for GE OEC equipment.
• Support customers and accounts in the West Los Angeles area.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service repair needs.
• Complete preventative maintenance and field modification instructions.
• Maintain customer service logs and internal service records.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Human Services and safety regulations.
• Manage vendor service delivery processes.
• Participate in sales opportunities and contract renewals.
• Train clinical staff on designated equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience servicing electronic equipment or equivalent.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electronic equipment.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Six Sigma trained/certified preferred.
• Ability to build effective networks and relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work under pressure.
