• Lead strategic processes and deep-dive projects across the organization.
• Develop business cases and decision-making documentation for investments and growth initiatives.

• Oversee Finance and business process management for accurate reporting and insightful analysis.
• Present financial performance and advise management on financial matters.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance reporting quality and transparency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in consulting, strategy, corporate finance, controlling, business development, or audit.
• Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Leadership experience with the ability to develop and coach teams.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS knowledge is a plus).
• Experience in financial analysis and modeling is an advantage.
