Overview

As the Team Lead for Information Systems at TOMRA, you will lead a dedicated team to shape the future of business processes and applications, ensuring seamless integration across various domains.

In Short

• Lead and inspire a team of 8 experts in Business & Application Consulting.
• Coordinate activities across multiple domains including Finance and Sales.
• Act as Capability Owner for Operations/Production.
• Ensure process continuity and integration of business processes.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Architect for a scalable application landscape.
• Drive strategic roadmap for business applications.
• Support team in customizing ERP systems.
• Represent ISM in cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in a similar role with team leadership.
• Expertise in IT project and application management, especially ERP systems.
• Strategic understanding of ERP, PLM, and CRM.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
