Overview

The Team Lead - Information Systems at TOMRA will lead the Business & Application Consulting team to enhance business processes and applications, ensuring seamless integration across various domains.

In Short

• Lead and inspire a team of 8 experts in Business & Application Consulting.
• Coordinate activities across Finance, Sales, Service, Engineering, and more.
• Act as Capability Owner for Operations/Production.
• Ensure end-to-end integration of business processes.
• Guide team as Process Stewards for respective domains.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Architect for a scalable application landscape.
• Drive the strategic roadmap for business applications.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across business departments.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Support team in customizing ERP systems.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams.
• Strong background in IT project and application management.
• Strategic understanding of ERP, PLM, and CRM systems.
• Ability to translate business capabilities into system requirements.
• High proficiency in stakeholder management.
• Experience in digitization initiatives.
• Openness to emerging technologies like AI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
