The Field Service Engineer is responsible for delivering high-quality service to enhance machine performance and ensure an excellent customer experience in the food industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a field service engineer.
• Knowledge of electrical schematics and assembly.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Ability to solve practical problems.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in a service delivery environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Valid Driver’s License and passport for travel.
