Overview

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to report into our Brownhills depot, covering the Shropshire area, focusing on delivering first-class service to customers and seeking revenue opportunities.

In Short

• Service and repair Volvo construction equipment.
• Identify mechanical problems using technical knowledge.
• Seek additional service revenue opportunities.
• Work in line with quotations and time guides.
• Ensure software updates are installed.
• Complete electronic reports and timesheets in real time.
• Order and manage parts for work.
