Overview

TOMRA Food is seeking a solutions-focused Project Manager to lead key projects across Australia, managing cross-functional teams and suppliers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

In Short

• Own the contract between TOMRA and customers.
• Oversee project processes and documentation.
• Develop project plans and lead project teams.
• Manage contract scope and monitor progress.
• Communicate project plans and manage customer expectations.
• Monitor milestones and ensure task completion.
• Consult with experts to manage compliance risks.

Requirements

• A tertiary qualification in Engineering or related discipline is desirable.
• 5+ years’ experience in managing distributed teams.
• Expertise in project management and processes.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercial acumen and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and demands.
• Ability to work in both office and industrial settings.
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid passport.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 30%.
