Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The primary objective of this position includes scope evaluation, estimate development, project planning and project management of assigned projects from concept to successful and safe completion.

• Manage projects from concept to completion with a focus on safety, quality, and profitability.

• Evaluate RFQs and develop project scopes and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and contractual obligations.
• Supervise project management administrative staff.
• Travel extensively, with an estimated 75% on-site project management.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Respond to calls and manage schedules based on project needs.
• Perform any other assigned tasks as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred.
• 5-7 years of knowledge in power generation or industrial electrical industry.
• 3-5 years of experience as an onsite construction project manager.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing project P&L.
• Knowledge of medium voltage electrical systems preferred.
• Experience managing union personnel.
• Ability to access nuclear facilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional math, organization, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
