Overview

The Sales Executive, Service plays a critical role in strengthening TOMRA’s relationships with customers by promoting and delivering tailored service solutions that enhance equipment performance, operational continuity, and long-term customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Own customer relationships for all service sales activities
  • Present service value propositions and negotiate with customers
  • Drive proactive business development and build a robust pipeline
  • Execute foundational sales activities including cold calling
  • Ensure proposals meet customer requirements
  • Oversee contract closure and long-term customer engagement
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored service solutions
  • Support business cases for growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Customer Support teams
  • Promote a “Safety First” culture

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in service or technical sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Demonstrated success achieving sales targets
  • Experience with CRM systems and data-driven performance
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
