Requirements
University degree in IT, telecommunications, or related field.
2+ years of experience in Systems, Desktop, or Network Engineering.
Experience with Microsoft ecosystem and cloud solutions.
Knowledge of PowerShell, SCCM, Intune, and network protocols.
Fluency in English and French, with knowledge of other languages as an asset.
Professional certifications in relevant technologies preferred.
Experience in Agile environments and project management.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
