Senior Information Technology Systems Engineer - Remote

Overview

Anaplan is seeking a highly motivated Senior Information Technology Systems Engineer responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining information systems and the capabilities required to support the company’s enterprise infrastructure and future growth initiatives.

In Short

• Own the global MacOS fleet and its management.
• Support and manage Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune.
• Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure including Azure and AWS.
• Automate and scale repetitive tasks for end users.
• Train and enable End-User IT teams.
• Identify gaps and recommend architecture changes.
• Provide architectural and operational support for corporate IT systems.
• Create implementation guidelines and support documentation.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge base.
• 5+ years of experience managing corporate IT systems.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with MacOS, JAMF, and scripting.
• Significant experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune for endpoint management.
• Familiarity with Windows Autopilot.
• Strong project planning and management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to work in a geographically dispersed team.
• Strong customer experience orientation.
• Results and data-driven mindset.
• BA or BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
