Systems Engineer - Technology Operations - Remote

Overview

As a Systems Engineer, you serve as an important player in Technology Operations for our clients and within the agency, providing support for the Marketing Technology platform.

In Short

• Provide Operational Support for the technology platform.
• Perform system maintenance, patching, and upgrade activities.
• Collaborate with Development and QE teams.
• Build system health monitoring solutions.
• Implement Service Management processes.
• Create and distribute regular reporting on SLA performance.
• Maintain Runbooks on current and new features.
• Lead/Participate in Change Advisory Board.

Requirements

• 5+ years in infrastructure, development, or operations role.
• Experience in cloud environments like AWS.
• Understanding of compute, networking, and storage technologies.
• Experience with Databases, Data Lakes, and ETL processes.
• Experience with system health monitoring solutions.
• Understanding of SCRUM/Agile methodology.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• US Citizens only; US Security Clearance a plus.
