Overview

In this vital role, you will be a part of Amgen’s Operations Integrated Case Management Team, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure that Validation strategy and work are produced for IT Systems, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

In Short

• Manage Validation, Strategy, and Deliverables.
• Develop and manage test cases and validation documentation.
• Collaborate with business and development teams to resolve defects.
• Ensure compliance with GxP and FDA regulations.
• Generate reports and dashboards for monitoring testing progress.
• Support continuous improvements and automation in products.
• Work closely with System Architects and Product owners.
• Conduct system audits and ensure effective use of the platform.
• Manage multiple priorities and work effectively with global teams.
• May require working evening or night shifts.

Requirements

• Doctorate or Master’s degree with relevant experience.
• Experience in DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytic and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with Document management systems and tools like JIRA and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work with global, virtual teams.
