Manager of Information Systems - Remote

Overview

The Manager of Information Systems will lead and elevate the helpdesk and sysadmin teams at OpenSesame, fostering growth through effective coaching and process development.

In Short

• Lead and mentor the IS team to improve productivity and processes.
• Coordinate with compliance and engineering teams for shared security vision.
• Enhance documentation and process repeatability.
• Manage vendor relationships and onboarding processes.
• Conduct performance reviews and establish OKRs.
• Encourage team members to adopt player-coach roles.
• Prioritize automation in critical systems.
• Implement disaster recovery processes.
• Travel up to 15 days a year for company meetings.
• Work remotely with occasional in-person meetings.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience in IS management and helpdesk operations.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Legal ability to travel to the US.
