#3 Bindery Operator - 3rd Shift - Remote

Overview

As a #3 Bindery Operator, you will play a crucial role in our printing plant team, responsible for equipment setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure quality production.

In Short

• Perform set-up tasks and monitor equipment.
• Troubleshoot product and equipment issues.
• Communicate effectively during shifts.
• Evaluate mechanical conditions and perform maintenance.
• Document activities and material usage accurately.
• Participate in safety programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide backup for other operators as needed.
• Engage in project teams for process improvements.
• Occasional overtime and weekend shifts required.
• Eligible for a signing bonus after 90 days.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Good mechanical and technical skills.
• Experience with Perfect Binders and various collating equipment.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with Lean concepts.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents.
• Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment.
