Overview

The Forming Operator is responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining glass syringe forming machines while ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations.

• Operate and maintain two glass syringe forming machines.
• Monitor quality and production metrics.
• Identify and correct dimensional and cosmetic defects.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5 years of manufacturing experience required.
• 2 years of mechanical or technical experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and converse in English.
• Experience with measurement devices and quality records preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to uphold company values.
• Regular and punctual attendance is essential.
