Overview

The Billing Operator will be responsible for monitoring and tracking incoming payments, ensuring timely processing and resolving discrepancies with payment service providers.

• Monitor and track incoming payments from PSPs.
• Communicate with PSPs on technical issues.
• Identify and troubleshoot transaction issues.
• Collaborate with other departments.
• Conduct daily reviews of transaction flows.
• Regulate payment flow and respond to changes.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly acquire new knowledge.
• Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and effective time management.
• Interest in financial technologies.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• English at the B1 level is a plus.
