Billing Operations Manager - Remote

SKELAR is a venture builder that creates international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. We are currently looking for a Billing Operations Manager for one of our businesses, Paw Champ, who will be a key part of our operational team, ensuring that every billing aspect operates at the highest level.

In Short

• Handle customer inquiries via email and other communication channels.
• Analyze key risk metrics (refund rate, chargeback rate) and prepare reports.
• Participate in developing strategies to improve key payment metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare documentation for chargeback appeals.
• Identify fraud and contribute to the development and improvement of antifraud systems.

Requirements

• English level B2+.
• 1+ year of experience in this position or billing support.
• Knowledge of payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) and payment processing tools.
• Understanding of risk metrics principles.
• Ability to monitor and interpret key risk metrics (refund rate, chargebacks, fraud, etc.).
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) for creating analytical reports.
• Skills in submitting chargeback appeals with appropriate documentation.
• Understanding of basic rules and regulations governing chargeback processes.
