Brighterly is an online school for mathematics and reading for children in the USA, aiming to build an educational ecosystem for learning school subjects. The company is growing rapidly and seeks a Marketing Manager to scale its teacher recruitment efforts.

In Short

• Create and test advertising creatives to find and scale those that yield the best Cost Per Hire (CPH).
• Launch, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns on Meta Ads.
• Analyze results, draw conclusions, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Focus on Conversion Rate Optimization by creating and testing landing pages.
• Launch new teacher recruitment channels, including TikTok.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years in marketing, with experience in performance agencies or similar roles.
• Experience managing advertising budgets of $20k/month or more.
• Ability to create high-performing creatives for Meta and TikTok.
• Understanding of key marketing metrics and their interrelations.
• Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization and testing hypotheses on landing pages.
• Familiarity with the workings of Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising.
