Requirements

• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Nice to have experience with ATS/CRM systems.
• Previous experience in EdTech or high-volume hiring.
• Understanding of the full hiring lifecycle.
