• Coordinate with Territory Operations Team for client needs.
• Communicate effectively with users on the app.
• Perform high volume calling across different time zones.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Provide feedback to candidates and the team.
• Handle repetitive tasks with consistency.
• Be flexible to meet demand with minimal downtime.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Recruitment, Customer Service or Logistics.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong work ethic and ability to balance tasks under pressure.
• Enthusiastic attitude and care for workers.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to adapt to where demand is highest.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.

Benefits

• Monthly compensation range of $800–$1,200 USD.
• 9-hour shifts, 5 days per week with weekend availability.
• Rotating work schedules approximately every three months.
