Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Customer Operations Specialist who will play a key role in processing payments and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our invoicing processes for business clients.

In Short

  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and work with management to implement improvements.
  • Process timesheets from customers to accurately generate invoices.
  • Create and maintain custom reports related to invoicing and payroll adjustments.
  • Collaborate closely with the business operations team to improve workflows.
  • Address and resolve support issues related to invoicing discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal systems and SOPs.
  • Assist with the development of SOPs for payment processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Data Entry, AR/AP, Payroll, or as a Payment Specialist.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to generate custom reports.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to improve processes.
