• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for light industrial roles.
• Work closely with the Territory Operations Team to understand customer needs.
• Communicate effectively with users on the app to fill open positions.
• Make high volume calls to workers across different time zones.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews.
• Provide feedback to candidates and the Operations Team.
• Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
• Be flexible and adaptable to meet demand.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Recruitment, Customer Service or Logistics.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong work ethic and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and care for workers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to demand.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.

Benefits

• Monthly compensation range of $800–$1,200 USD.
• 9-hour shift, 5 days per week, with weekend availability.
• Work schedules rotate approximately every three months.
