Overview

The Marketing Manager supports the Sales and Marketing Department in coordinating and executing marketing, social media, public relations, and advertising initiatives for the Resort, its Outlets, and Serenity by the Spa.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Minimum of two years in hospitality marketing or media relations.
• Proficiency in major social media platforms and content management tools.
• Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Photo and video production experience preferred.
• Organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Participates in weekly calls with the Director of Marketing.
• Maintains consistent communication with on-site teams.
