Overview

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for lead generation and increasing sales revenue by positioning products and solutions to new prospects and existing customers, working closely with field sales and marketing.

  • Part of the U.S. Commercial Excellence wing within the Medication Management Solutions U.S. Region Marketing organization.
  • Responsible for lead generation and increasing sales revenue.
  • Work closely with field sales and marketing.
  • Ideal for candidates who enjoy consultative selling.
  • Must be self-motivated, organized, and adaptable.
  • Onsite work required 4 days a week in Raleigh/Durham, NC.
  • Engage with potential customers through various communication channels.
  • Develop and implement multi-touch email initiatives.
  • Achieve and log specified sales metrics in Salesforce.com.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives for business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or higher in sales, marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of inside sales or business development experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional listening skills for effective communication.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM tools.
  • Proactive self-starter who can work independently.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
  • Consistent track record of high-level sales successes.
