Overview

We are hiring experienced #1/Lead Bindery Operators for our printing plant team in Eagan, Minnesota. As a #1/Lead Bindery Operator, you will be responsible for the performance of the production line and crew on our Core Publishing Solutions team.

• Lead Bindery Operator position on 3rd shift.
• Location: Eagan, Minnesota.
• Hours: 10:30 pm – 6:30 am with occasional overtime.
• Provide leadership and training to crew members.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Experience leading and training in an industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical and technical skills.
• Experience with Lean and continuous improvement processes.
• Good communication skills across shifts and departments.
• Ability to operate multiple pieces of equipment.
• Physical ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
• Experience with various bindery equipment.
• Ability to interpret safety and operational documents.
• Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment.
