Overview

The Care Coordinator will develop long-term relationships with patients to effectively enroll them in the Link program or refer them to a participating provider, serving as a communication liaison for the Territory Manager, Physician Office, and Patient.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of medical industry or call center/customer service experience.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to solve practical problems.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Knowledge of urology products is a plus.
  • Willingness to assist other departments as needed.
