• Provide care navigation support for patients.
• Monitor member support phone line and answer patient queries.
• Complete eligibility checks for patients.
• Manage patient scheduling and prioritization.
• Collaborate with the Market Operations Lead on workflow improvements.

• Support maternal and child health initiatives.
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all processes.
• Available Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM ET.

Requirements

• 4+ years of healthcare administration experience.
• Familiarity with social determinants of health (SDOH) platforms.
• Results-oriented with a fast-paced work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work with ambiguity.
