Summer Internship: US Global Clinical Operations Excellence Innovation & Transformation Intern - Remote

Overview

The GCOE Innovation & Transformation Summer Intern will contribute to the development and implementation of internal and cross-functional initiatives, providing exposure to clinical operations roles and project management fundamentals.

• Work closely with Director of Business Operations
• Update departmental sites and develop internal guides
• Assist with data systems and tools maintenance
• Analyze data and present findings
• Proficiency in developing materials such as presentations and project plans
• Effective time and project management skills required
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Flexibility to participate in occasional meetings outside normal hours

Requirements

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student in life sciences, instructional design, or communications
• Maintaining a GPA of 3.0
• Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of management
• Detail-oriented and a self-starter
• Comfortable with broad responsibilities and competing priorities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with project management technologies
• Strong organizational skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
• Effective collaboration and communication skills
