Overview

The GCOE Learning and Development Summer Intern will contribute to the development and implementation of global clinical operations training projects, providing exposure to corporate learning and development, clinical operations roles, and data-driven process improvement.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student in life sciences, instructional design, or communications.
• Maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Willingness to participate in meetings outside normal business hours.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
• Positive, proactive attitude essential.
