Overview

The Director, Clinical Development will support BeOne Clinical and Medical assets by executing clinical development programs and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams and external partners, playing a key role in establishing and growing Clinical Research functions.

Requirements

• MD or DO or equivalent degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals.
• Experience in clinical development programs.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• Expertise in clinical study design and drug development.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of GCP and ICH Guidelines.
• Ability to work in a global setting.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Familiarity with Clinical Development IT solutions.
