Senior Director, Portfolio and Program Management, Biotech Unit - Remote

Overview

The Senior Director, Portfolio and Program Management for the Biotech Unit will lead drug development and commercialization efforts, contributing to the overall strategy and vision of the unit.

In Short

• Lead lifecycle management of drug development in the Biotech Unit.
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
• Support the Head of Biotech Unit in goal development and operational KPIs.
• Implement project and risk management best practices.
• Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration.
• Manage governance processes for the Biotech Unit.
• Drive strategic decision-making and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure quality KPIs are met and tracked.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Travel required: up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (PhD preferred) with 8+ years in drug development.
• 5+ years in leadership roles within a global portfolio environment.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience in Oncology/Hematology drug development preferred.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented with a big-picture perspective.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Mandarin is desirable.
