Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes.
• Proven experience in large-scale portfolio and program management.
• Deep understanding of GTM infrastructure and sales operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in SaaS company transformation.
• 10+ years in sales operations and go-to-market processes.
• Solid technical skills with business solution pragmatism.
